Lemon juice and a dash of olive oil with S&P is a great pairing for any green veg - works particularly well with asparagus and broccoli.

Thanks. I have seen that before in Chinese restaurants and in Giant Eagles foreign food section. I'll try it.

Sriracha is a Thai hot sauce. You can find it in the ethnic aisle at your grocery store (assuming it has one). It looks like this, and is an awesome condiment for lots of different things:

I haven't tried this one yet but it looks good:
Obviously you could use low fat mayo if you wanted.

I either grill or roast it. Then I sprinkle some kosher salt & balsamic vinegar. The best thing is that any leftovers are terrific the next day in a tossed green salad

I'll add a bit of butter and sauté some chopped garlic in it. Add a bit of lemon juice. Toss well with the asparagus and top with a bit of parmesan cheese. Hubby loves it.

We have some asparagus we got at grocery store and I want a low fat sauce on it. Tired of light oleo on everything. Hollandaise sauce has too much fat with the butter and egg yolks. Can anyone help me out?
