Ok, so Im 21 yrs old, and have been slowly gaining weight since I was 16. I have decided to finally concentrate on turning my life around and become healthy. I am currently 190lbs and am looking to get to the 140-150 range ( just becoming more fit, toned, etc, so idk what weight that would put me at). I just bought the eat clean diet books, and would like to use those as my inspiration. I am hoping to find someone into texting, sharing progress, meals, recipes, and motivating each other to workout. You don't have to be my age, I just ask you have a certain level of maturity. I am a full time nanny, so I can text during the day occasionally, but not constantly. I'm in Ohio. Anyone interested?
