Hi! I'm new to the SparkPeople, but not to a healthy lifestyle. I started my journey last April. Since then I've lost 40 lbs and gone from a size 22 to a 14. I work out at a gym 3 times a week and hike every Friday for 7.5 miles(weather permitting,if not I go to the gym). I'm also a lifelong vegetarian. I have hit a plateau and I don't seem to be getting anywhere,weight wise especially. I can see that my muscles are getting more toned, on my arms and legs, but still have that stubborn midsection that I can't seem to get rid of! I've done most everything on my own so far, and am getting a bit burned out. I think it's because I need to learn more and talk to people about what I do. So anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting some new friends and working together towards a healthier life!
