You can do this! Feel free to add my on FB for support there as well. I have a lot of friends on FB that are from Spark. We help hold eachother accountable on there as well (which helps bc I'm on FB a lot). You can find my weight loss journey on FB. It provides a lot of support, motivation, diet and exercise tips etc!

Hi, I hv lost 6 kg since July 2013 and plan to lose another 5kg.. looking for a buddy/accountability partner with whom I can keep in touch regularly via email or instant messaging.. Please reply if you feel we can both help and motivate each other achieve our goals.
Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I suggests stop drinking the wine until you have completed your exercising, gives you a way to relax. In looking for teams use the team search bar. Type in things like interests/hobbies or type in the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example "30 something"

Hi there - I am looking for a work out buddy that can help me be accountable for some form of excersice each day. I have made some good eating changes, felt some difference in my clothes, but really need consistancy in working out. FYI the scales have not moved at all!! Biggest downfall, my glass of wine at dinner, turns into 3, then I don't want to work out. Help!!

Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! The best way to find a buddy is to join some teams (your interests/hobbies) and post on the message boards of those teams about wanting a buddy. Teams are also good for motivation, accountability and support. Good luck on your journey

Hi, i am 25 year old. When i first subscribe here i was around 55kg now i am at 53kg but i need to loss weight to feel better in my clothes. My target is 48kg and i hope to be at 50kg for a wedding in april. I was at 51kg before christmas but since i did not have time to go to my kickk boxing courses i took 4kg. Now i am really motivated to lose weight but i really need advice on food, sport exercices... I apologize for my really bad english but i am french and english was not my favorite class in high school.o Oh i forget to tell that i am on third year of PhD so it's really hard to be carfull on food all the time and to be motivated to do sport everyday.
