I have the best intentions at night. Then, when it's time to get up and exercise in the morning, I hit snooze.

I think a Spark Buddy is what I need right now too. I'm restarting my journey after putting back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.

Am I a candidate :)?

I am in need of a Spark Buddy. Someone willing to pair up and simply check in with each other 1-2x's per week to keep each other motivated and accountable...sharing lbs lost, how many times we've exercised, what road bumps we've hit, tips and tricks to stay on track, etc. I have been on and off SP since 2011 and think it is an amazing site with great free tools. I originally lost 50lbs during the 1st year, maintained for a while, then gained back 37 :-( life got in the way and I stopped making my healthy lifestyle a priority. Now I am determined to get back to it, lose the weight and increase my fitness. I have learned a lot about SP that I could share with a newer member. I hope to hear from someone that is up for getting more healthy with me. Please respond here or via Spark mail. Thanks and Spark on!! -Tami
