I am so sorry that you have been hit with all those things. I can't even imagine your pain.
I have a couple suggestions that might help you get started.
1. Set yourself a few small goals to get started. I did these ...Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Do 10 minutes of exercise a day (I just turned on some music and danced) and Give yourself a 5 minute pep talk in the mirror. I did those for over a month. I didn't worry to much about my eating but I did track everything. At the end of the month I continued to do these goals but I increase the exercise and water intake.
2. Are you getting any professional help with your losses and the robbery? That is important. I have suffered with depression and anxiety/panic attacks and being able to talk to someone was very helpful.
3. Take one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up for the things in the past or what didn't go just right in your day. Focus on the positives. When you slip up (and it happens to all of us), pick yourself up. dust yourself off and keep moving forward. We are all here to help you on this journey!
