I know there is a machine on SP that does exactly that-- I think it is the inner thigh press. I don't recall seeing any exercises that use the ball or a towel. You may just have to add it yourself in your favorites. You don't burn too many calories with that exercise, but at least you can track the amount of time and reps.

Hi All, I am Ritzy and I am disabled. I am in PT right now and was given a sheet of exercises to do. The problem is from what the PT calls the exercise and trying to find it on Sparkpeople tracker. PT sheet calls it Seated Leg Squeeze. I have searched to no avail. I squeeze a ball or towel between my knees and hold for 5 seconds. I do 1 set of 20 reps. I would appreciate any help in finding this exercise. Thank you very much.
