Hey! I am trying to stay in my calorie range, so I need to eat a lot less and smaller meals. I've been doing this for a few weeks, but lately I've gotten more serious. Only problem is, every time I eat, no matter what I eat, I get nauseous after. For example, for snack I had a banana and some triscuit. Nauseous. Lunch was pretzels, lots of fresh veggies, apple, and babybell. Nauseous. And just now I had an orange and half a Cliff bar. I'm nauseous again, and I had to ask you guys for 1. advice 2. ideas 3. anyone else have this problems?
Just looking to see if I am crazy or if anyone has anything to help. It is getting pretty annoying.
Keep in mind, I have GERD, but this doesn't feel like it, and I am NOT pregnant. Lol, just in case you were worried. ;) Haha.
