Dipping my hand in the biscuit jar every time i go past. I'm not sure that i've conquered the habit as the urge to snack on the biscuits is always there but i'm managing to restrain myself for now.

Fast food. Before starting Spark, I had gotten used to going out almost everyday for fast food for lunch, and sometimes for breakfast, too. I craved it so badly for about two weeks, but after I got over that, I didn't really want it anymore. Now, I rarely think about fast food as an option.

Potato chips and snack size cheese. I ate toooo much of both of these and usually in the evening as I watched TV. I no longer buy or eat either and eliminated all TV and evening snacking!

Does giving up diet coke count? it was my favorite thing to drink - replaced with unsweetened ice tea! But what withdrawals I had!
Coming home from work and going straight to the fridge. I wouldn't even be hungry, it was just habit. Looking back that was always a good 300-500 calorie chunk right there, only a couple hours before dinner.
I now have more sensibly sized snacks and that time, and only after asking myself if I'm ACTUALLY hungry.

my craving for bread and french fries, my daughter had some the other night and offered me some and I didn't even think they looked good! That was a great wow moment!
