emoticon emoticon emoticon These nsv are wonderful!! It goes to show how our choices for a healthier lifestyle are sparking so much her than a number on the scales!!

My nsv is soreness from Thanksgiving. I was so thankful for being able to help others (and burn calories). That thankfulness spread to the whole family burning calories, helping out the hostess and enjoying time together as a family. Thanksgiving 2012 was not an all day feast for anyone this year! I was so happy with yesterdays results I even had to blog about it. I'm pumped to see how my actions helped changed thanksgiving for my family this year. I'm beaming today and I didn't lose even one ounce nor did I gain.

I think when people notice is one of the best feelings in the world!!- Im addicted to working out and if I had more time I would do it longer-- having 4 kids makes it tough especially with my newest who is 4months today!!! I just wish my dh could be more supportive!!- I wont shut up about diet/exercise and he says it is all I talk about these days (well it is on my mind 24-7) I see food as fuel now so everything I eat I think about what I have to do do burn it off!!!-- the extra stuff like pies, icecream, cakes--do I really want to run for half an hour just to have 2 minutes (if that) of tastebud heaven????Not usually lol emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon to all of you!! Great lab results has to be the best (or one of the best) NSV! Being active on SparkPeople gently encourages you to be proactive about your health and fitness! I NEVER thought I would love to exercise - but I do! Fitting into smaller pants comes in next, as far as I am concerned; especially getting BACK to sizes that used to fit. Spark lets you see how it's all related - the eating, exercise, attitude. emoticon !

My NSV is simply when I go to an office function I am no longer one of the fattest ladies in the room. For me this is fantastic. I sliped from morbidly obese to overweight and I am very close to "normal". This is a victory that is sweet.

Size SIX jeans! First time I've been that size since junior high! I've been an 18/20 my entire adult life. This was my non-scale goal all along. Fourteen months of hard work and I made it! I did it! I did it! I did it! The funny thing is that I feel like my journey is really just beginning. Learning to not lose weight, but to maintain my weight is my next step. I am ready! Bring it on!!! emoticon

That is awesome! Keep up the good work.

My NSV this week was that I did a workout even though I wasn't motivated. I burned over 400 calories, and I felt like I really accomplished something when it was over.

I had labs taken yesterday and results back---everything was normal...I dont think I have ever had completely normal labs!! I've been back for 2 and a half months tracking everything and exercising and my labs proved it is working!! This is so so awesome more than losing the weight is knowing that my health has improved!! no more diabetes (had gestational on insulin) and my cholesterol was perfect and CBC all normal!! I love seeing that scale move down and down but this is amazing!!! 34 years old and feeling like Im 20 (except for my ankles/feet which are pretty messed up) emoticon now everyone share an NSV of your own please!!!
