Yeah, I have always been an overeater too!
I have been drinking shakes in the mornings, but I still struggled. It took me like 5 hours to drink 4 ounces of shake!
But my Dad took me out on a daddy-daughter date so I was able to get more calories in today after dinner, so I made a 200-calorie improvement by eating 1000 calories today. Maybe I just have to build back up to 1200.

Around week 2-3 I found myself uber not hungry. I was exercising a lot and forcing myself to eat. I had always been an over eater, and eating breakfast had become a huge struggle all of a sudden. It was a complete 180. I started drinking homemade smoothies in the morning to get 200cal or so into my system from the get go. It is still hard some days though. It passes eventually.

Good luck.

You can't exercise your way out of a poor diet!

I do my planning every night - that's how I know I have about 400 calories left. But I'm just not hungry for some reason. :(

Tonight, set aside some time to make a healthy eating plan for tomorrow to ensure you're meeting your nutritional needs in the future.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

Hi CURLYBRI88,

Doing so every once in a while will not do any harm, just don't try to make it a daily habit.

Take care.

I still have over 400 calories to eat for today but I'm just NOT hungry! And I don't like to eat after 7:30 since I go to bed at 10. What should I do? I'm really afraid to undereat since I know it makes me gain weight.
Help!
