I snack, I eat sweets, I have seconds. They all fit into my daily meal plan. My blood glucose level is almost in the normal range. I am losing weight.
I don't deprive myself of any food. I do limit how much of some things I eat, and allow myself seconds of things like veggies.
So, I probably won't be a member, however I do wish you and the new members lots of luck in your journeys!
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!

Best of luck with your new team, however I couldn't commit to No to goodies as I do need my vices from time to time to stay sane, and not eat everything else trying to avoid the sweets, goodies and occ seconds of something For all who can give up to no sweets, no snacking and no seconds---congrats to all of you, may you reach your gals quickly.

Fair enough. A tootsie pop a day isn't what this team is about. And thank you, for the ones who really get what this team is about....otherwise, what would we all be doing on SP besides living healthier and losing weight, is to break our bad habits, right?
