Hello , My name is Paola I am 19 years old about to be 20. I have hypothyroidism and I just want to over come it, be healthy, and change my whole life around. I weigh 181lbs and I used to be 135lbs my whole life I was a yo-yo until I entered college than I just started gaining the most I have been was 189 and I'm finally losing weight. I just need so positive people around me and some motivators because I know I can do this but I have no one to lean to when I feel like I cant. So add me and lets get to my goal weight which is 160 ! emoticon
