Hi all - I'm in the middle of an IRELAND challenge that my weight loss buddy created for me (to tie in with St. Patrick's Day). 7 letters for 7 days! I = Intervals, then Resistance, Endurance, Lunges/Lengthening, Aerobics/Abs, No Activity/Nutrition, Dance. (Get it?) Itís so cool that I want to do a NEW YORK challenge next week (first 7-letter place that came to mind). Iím pretty set on Walking for W and Yoga for Y, any suggestions for the other letters?
