Welcome back! Never give up!

As for how much time you should spend on website...the website won't make you lose weight. Making healthy food choices, choosing correct portion sizes, drinking water and doing cardio and aerobic exercises...those are the ABC's of losing weight. However, motivation, support, friendship and tips ARE on the website and these will contribute to you making healthy food choices, choosing correct portion sizes, drinking water....etc.

Onward you go!

Cheers,

Sandi

Back again. Need to get on track and lose 40 pounds. Joined Spark Coach. How much time should I be putting in to update pages/exercises?

I am also getting back on the wagon after some time away. I was on Spark People everyday, but it was out of habit, and I wasn't really accomplishing anything. Now it is time to renew, refresh, set some new Fast Break Goals, and hit the ground running! Good Luck to you!

Great to have you back, AND motivated. What are your FastBreak goals that you will be working on over the next two weeks?

I was so very successful on this program when I started it and then I "fell off the wagon". But, I am climbing back on and vow to record everyday!
