As for how much time you should spend on website...the website won't make you lose weight. Making healthy food choices, choosing correct portion sizes, drinking water and doing cardio and aerobic exercises...those are the ABC's of losing weight. However, motivation, support, friendship and tips ARE on the website and these will contribute to you making healthy food choices, choosing correct portion sizes, drinking water....etc.
I am also getting back on the wagon after some time away. I was on Spark People everyday, but it was out of habit, and I wasn't really accomplishing anything. Now it is time to renew, refresh, set some new Fast Break Goals, and hit the ground running! Good Luck to you!
