Tips or Tricks? Well..what I have done is stay within calorie range eating healthy foods. Also, a real big bonus to get the body toned is exercise. Even a little bit daily helps. I personally use my Rebounder. I don't jump high on it, just a light jogging motion [back & forth foot to foot]. I have had seven babies and am close to goal weight. I feel fit even in my 5th decade.

There are a lot of motivational articles on SparkPeople. I like to read the success stories of other people, that really helps me. Also browse the exercises and try a different one each day. Switching up your workouts makes it interesting and keeps your muscles guessing, which is really good for getting fit and losing weight.

I lost the weight after my first son, no problem. This time around my second son is almost 2 and I am holding onto 40 pounds still! I am needing any tips and tricks on how to lose that extra 40 pounds and tone my body!
