I'm just the same, no worries! What I find that helps is that when I'm craving something like junk food, I drink water or eat fruit. If you're craving something sweet like chocolate, make a smoothie. Your body will become immune to it! Also, think about how strong your will is. Let's go!

I'm new to this site too, and I have lots of cravings, which are especially strong now that it's the Christmas/new year time. I find giving yourself a small treat or sweet everyday is helpful. Just between 100-200 calories.

Girl talk: It helps to track your period because you might get cravings during that time and not realize. I've been doing it for about half a year (I have an app on my phone) and it's honestly amazing how much can result from your period. There are some days when I will eat everything in the house or I'll have aches that I wouldn't have normally.

Also a big part of cravings is just being able to distract yourself which I have yet to master. It takes a lot of focus but you can do it!.

I've been ving food so much recently too! It's Sooo annoying, aggravating, and just not right at all. I'll feellike im starving even though im not. like ill eat a nice healthymeal and ten minutes later ill be looking through the fridge or cupboards again

I have currently been having cravings like crazy. I want to know how to overcome them. I am currently on steroids for medical reasons and I think that's why I am craving things. Please help, LOL new to this site as well. :)
