I came to this site to moniter my eating habits and honestly for encouragment . Yes my hubby does well but he is a "health nut" to where this "diet" of his is now a lifestyle and it is very easy for him. I tend to break my diets , eat alot and then eat more because I'm upset. Im hoping this site helps in every way possible . The thing is I CAN MOTIVATE OTHER PEOPLE , I cant motivate myself :(
