Calorific burn depends on your hight and your body weight. If you smaller - you will burn less calories in comparison to someone who is bigger and taller than you. HRM will be able to help here.

Use circuit training. I've used my HRM while doing her workout and the calories come out the same.

hi Funsize im also using myfitnesspal and doing jillian micheals 30 day shred and killer buns and thighs along with running. i googled how many cals you burn in the circuits its about 150 give or take depending on the person but im on circuit 2 and i just count it as 150
you got to want it as bad as u need to breath

Is anyone else using MyFitnessPal to track Calories and Excercise? I am and I do treadmill running in the morning along with 20 min 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I don't know what is the best way to track the exercising with her, mainly b/c I have no idea how many calories that burns. Any help?
