Hello everyone, my name is Kristin and I'm somewhat new to this website. I first used it several months ago, but didn't really stick to it. This time I'm here to stay, but I'm hoping I can find some people for emotional support. I had my first child in July of last year, and since then have had a hard time losing weight. Before I got pregnant, I had a very bad struggle with bulimia. I went to therapy and managed to break that habit, but gained so much weight during pregnancy as a result. I'm here to finally be able to say that I'm losing weight the healthy way. Currently, I work out at the gym 3-4 days a week, but still have a major problem with over-snacking. I'm desperately trying to find a substitute for chocolate and other unhealthy snacks that I seem to crave all day, every day.
Anyway, this is just a little bit about my story. I hope one day to be able to use what I've gone through to help others with their struggles. I would love to have "friends" on this website and be able to be an emotional supporter for others too. Hope everyone has a great day!
