Thanks for doing this review. I started taking Ultimate Raspberry Ketones (the double packs you buy at Walmart for $9.88) and I wasn't sure if it's safe to use long term. I have a lot of weight to lose and I jackrabbited (I know, not a word). I dropped almost 8 pounds in the first week and I am now on the second week and I'm trying to figure out if this is really worth it. I do feel a lot better and have changed my diet and started riding my exercise bike again but I really haven't lost anything since Monday and today is Friday. I'm really battling my weight and I know I need to have patience but my optimism is fading and it's just the second week.
I can't afford what Dr. Oz was advertising, assuming that the ads on his video were what he was trying to push. I don't watch the show so I don't know. But they wanted like $59 for some sort of drops. I simply could not do that.
I was wondering which brand of Ketones you're using and if it's actually helping you lose weight.
i have been planning to try this product, a friend is using them and she too is very active i plan to buy some once my broken foot heals and i can once again be active i dont use any products that are very stimulating, as i do have high bp and some of them tend to increase my heart rate.... however, i have been in a debate with some sparkers about using supplements, i use the over the counter product, alli and for me, i feel it does help i do feel that it played a small role in helping me to lose 70 lbs and i will continue to use it i wonder if anyone has done a review on that product,??? maybe i should consider it good luck to everyone

there are millions of different products and diets.
I love raspberry ketones because they are natural and get the job done. Better then some lab made artificial products that make me jittery or give anxiety.
Becky Hand, the Sparks dietician just wrote an article about raspberry ketones which I guess were featured on Dr. Oz. and of course, she blasted it to bits. Sparks doesn't approve of anything but Sparks, but my idea is if it works for YOU, then good. I could never follow the expensive Sparks diet, but if someone can, then good for them.

Ive been using rapsberry ketones by revocure for about 3 months now. I just posted my video review on their page.. http://www.amazon.com/Rated-Pure-Raspber ry-Ketones-Suppression/dp/B00AZAJATC
it's the 3rd review.
I don't eat as much as I used to anymore as the raspberry ketones help with suppressing my appetite while helping me stay lean and giving me nice, clean energy throughout the day. I work in the nightlife industry anywhere from 60-70 hours per week always running around and this helps me tremendously to get my tasks done without burning out. Previous energy promoting supplements left with with a crash almost as bad as the one you get from consuming too much sweets but with raspberry ketones there is no crash, making this an ideal supplement for me. The fact that it is natural makes it even that much better for me because I know that it's not harming my body. Before this I tried olxy elite pro, the older formula and it made me way too jittery. It was great for appetite suppression but I felt like I was having an anxiety attack. With the ketones I get a similar effect but zero jitters which is great. I run around on my feet all day from bartending to managing a few of the discoteques so it's strenuous to work so many hours per week while not having much time to eat.
