I took a picture of myself in just underwear in front of the bathroom mirror and I set it as the background on my cell phone. Since I am always using my phone I am forced to look at that picture everyday at least once on hour, my plan is to once a month take the picture again hopefully showing the progress I am making. I am Hoping that being forced to look at what I want to get rid of this often will keep my from buying a doughnut to go with my coffee, or an ice cream cone in the evening after work. I hope this helps emoticon
