I walked/ran 6.4km outside tonight.
(The more I try running, the easier it gets, and I actually look forward to my runs now!)
Pre-run feeling: Sluggish, bloated, irritable, butt glued to sofa, craving cookies and milk tea.
Post-run feeling: Refreshed, proud, LIGHTER, motivated, not craving those cookies anymore.
Plus, washing away all that sweat with a cold shower felt AMAZING.
