If you are in pain, you need to avoid exercising, ice it and see your doctor for an evaluation to see what is causing your knee pain.

Hi, every time I woke up in the morning or after I finished the exercise/aerobic, I feel hurt at my knees. Is this because the exercise not suitable for me or because of overweight that killing my knee down? And I still feel the pain now.
