I hope your weight loss journey continues to be a happy one! Congratulations on your efforts so far. Even with a sleeve, the thoughts and feelings surrounding weight loss persist and it can take a huge effort to overcome negative thoughts. You have done amazingly well. Stay positive and keep smiling! Woo! emoticon

My name is Michael Lynn from Fall River, MA. I had a VSG (Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy) on 10/10/12. My goal is to lose 200+ pounds. Follow my journey here. Dr. Pecquex from St. Elizabeth's Center for Weight Control has given me a tool that will change my life forever. I am currently 3 months. Post OP and have lost 79lbs and 117lbs since my journey started last summer.

I started a Blog that documents my journey. http://www.lessofmike.com
I also share recipes, review products and give away lots of Sports nutrition products.

Hope to chat with all of you

Be Blessed,
Michael
