Hi, I finally got enough nerve to post an introduction on the board. I joined SparkPeople so I could be apart of a bigger effort in getting fit. I'm shooting for less stress, to loose 20lbs and to learn how to eat healthier. I love the out doors...gardening, walking and just sight seeing. I'm looking forward to being a more active part of the team and even though my name is Jayman I'm not a man, my grandson helped with signing me up!!
