Great shoes that aren't worn out are a good thing. I just got some new cross trainers for non running days and they feel wonderful.

Yes! I bought Nike Flex, and I love these for my workouts. Any other have made my ankles sore.

YES! I couldn't believe how great it was when I finally made that investment. SO many issues were made better after I got into a well-fitting pair

I absolutely do know this feeling. I've had so many bouts of Plantar's that ease up every time I get out of a pair of beat-up shoes!!! You'd think I would remember every time, "Doh! Go get a new pair." but I don't. And every time I finally do, I am so relieved.

My shoes make all the difference in the world.

I most certainly do!

Just a few weeks ago I replaced my old worn out, with many miles on them, Brooks GT12's with a brand new pair of Brooks GT13's.

The difference is quite striking - and it made me realise just how overdue I was in replacing my old shoes.

Enjoy your workout tomorrow!

I just got new running shoes and just putting them on in the store I could feel the difference. Now I can't wait for my workout tomorrow morning. Anyone else know the feeling?
