I would ask that if you're having trouble, you post in our Site/Technical forum where our Tech staff will see it and can respond. As far as the tracker resetting goes, try clearing the cache and cookies on your computer to see if that fixes it.

My tracker itself is fine, but somehow the "My Fitness Minutes" ticker on the right is missing 400 minutes.

I am not pleased. I would never have noticed this if I hadn't been keeping a list for a fitness challenge.
