I like your motivation, positive wording and incentive plans. Set some do-able specific goals and track your nutrition and fitness for most useful strategy.

Hello, I am a happily married mother of 3 and between my pregnancies and my tendency to eat my feelings (my mother passed away in January) I am severely over weight. I hope to gain back my confidence and learn a healthier lifestyle for myself and my children. My incentive to sticking to this is with income tax if I have reached my goal weight I will take my family on a vacation to the beach/Disney World.
