DUCKTURNIP, you are so right. The videos kick ass, and then it's over! May I make a suggestion? Consider doing an Official Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenge (Spring into Shape or January Jumpstart or 28 Day, etc). They have a daily 8 to 10 minute video, but it is part of a monthlong routine that includes cardio. That's how I got hooked. I went on to do 10 consecutive monthlong bootcamps and ended up sculpting a new me! It was totally awesome, plus it created a disciplined, predictable, approach to exercise. I can't recommend it enough!
