LILPIXIE55, I found ridicule to be a mighty motivator. It gave me strength. I know it sounds odd, but for me, it became a weird shaped positive! And when the jaw dropping end result figuratively slaps 'em in the face, dig it, baby.

I can relate! Try being a vegetarian and having friends demand that you explain how you're meeting your nutritional needs--as they wolf down a double cheeseburger. It gets old!
Stick to your guns! This is your journey, not theirs. Let it be all about you.
Btw, when people start noticing changes in your body they lose the negative attitude and start asking for advice. Try not to laugh.
My woohoo moments: my first ever post! Sticking with my new healthy living habits even when in the company of someone who is judging me and making it clear they think I'm a freak for avoiding sugar, fat, alcohol and for exercising! My real woohoo is learning not to be bullied into conforming and sticking with my truth and what I know is important to me : )
