Hi there, I am sure Spark will work for you I have stayed with it for over 2 years and my health has improved for the better I am down 50 pounds from my highest Nonpregnant weight and i lost 40 of those on S[ark. I love the support from others which is why I am here to welcome you. It is a great place to be. I have increased my flexibility with Resistance bands and often enjoy a 4 mile walk on the trail. It is winter here in Maine USA, so I also do indoor treadmill, gazelle and DVD walking. I am 68 years young and if I can do it you can do it welcome to a healthier way of life. Pat in Maine.

I found spark people while searching workout videos on you tube. I have been exercising a little at least three times a week (for about 3 weeks) I need to get my eating under control and increase my workouts. I haven't lost any weight. I am frustrated but I know I can do more. Spark People may be the thing for me!
