I finished my first week on SP. I feel great and I am sleeping well. However, I didn't lose any weight! After looking back over the week, I realize that I have implemented several positive changes . . . I've slept 8 hours each night; I've exercised at least 30 minutes each day; I have eaten 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables each day and I feel great. I was traveling on business for the past 6 days and eating out for all meals. On previous trips I would have gained at least 5 pounds. So this is a good thing. I'm looking forward to week two when I'll be at home and back to a normal schedule. I'm planning for great results next week.
