I hear ya!! Not so much today specifically but the past 3 or 4 has been rough for me. My appetite and weight are fluctuating. I'm exhausted, bored with my workout, and I've become overall frustrated.

At the end of every day I say "tomorrow will be a better day." Sure enough, today was better. And well....Tomorrow Will Be A Better Day!
