Hi Keeping track is the way to go.... ive learned so much doing it on here. Tracking will help with planning and knowing whats better for your health too. Good Luck dont be to hard on yourself till youre feeling better drink plenty of fluids will help alot

I hope you feel better soon. Good luck with your plan, I know you can do it. . It does help to log your food everyday. It is amazing how you find out that some foods you think are low in calories, really are not. I have only been doing this a short time myself & love this site.
Today im still sick with a really bad sore throat but i have started my diet to go along with my exercise plan and i plan on posting everything at the end of the day to keep track of my food and exercise.
