My daughter and I try to go every Saturday at some point. doesn't always happen but I do my best! She can now walk farther than her mom can lol. My wife's always the first one to complain during our 2 hour walks.

My daughter is 3 as well and does the same thing. I love it so much it makes me laugh and makes me feel so proud. To show them that exercising is a part of daily life if great.

Today is my little baby 12th birthday (the female one) so , my 12 y/o saw they reactions of people from a few years back when i got ill and gained 40 kg , she saw them and heard them being awfully mean , so she is committed to help me achieve my goal and in the mean time she gets in incredibly fantabulous shape ...so at the very least she does high impact for 30 min 6 days a week

When my daughter was 2 I used to tae bo and she would try to get up and do it too. The problem was she always go to close to me and I would accidentally kick her in the head or something lol. She is 13 now and of course doesn't remember that lol. Now though I am getting her and my son who is 9 to go walking with me.

After a run in the stroller, I let my son (18 months) out and he runs a bit too. He ran his first race a month ago...well and he ran a marathon plus a few other shorter distance races when I was preggo with him :)

I think that's awesome! You are setting a great example for her!!! My daughter goes with me to spinning class. We laugh, sweat and encourage each other!

I have started to do run/walks with my 9 y/o daughter and I find that we are having the most interesting conversations.

So the last few days my daughter exercises with me now. Mainly cardio videos.

By the way she is 3 and it is the funniest thing in the world. I burn more calories laughing at her than exercising!
