Hey, you worked out today and sounds like you have made good food choices! We have certainly all been there with the cravings. When I go through phases where I am wanting junk, I do not keep any in the house. Actually, I just threw out 4 Hershey's Bars leftover from making s'mores because I didn't want to be able to impulsively eat them. I try to make an effort to keep really tempting foods out of the house; that way they can't taunt me. If I want a treat, I generally go to a store and buy a single serving. That way I can't be tempted to overdo it.
