My husband.. my family overall. And some of my co-workers who have been very encouraging and supportive. My students keep me honest.. because they are so honest. But overall I have to be my own best motivator... the reasons for it are always deep in my consciousness.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess it would be my husband.
While he didn't get me started, because he was not saying anything negative about how I was - his admiration sure is an incentive to keep at it

Two family friends:
1. lost over 100# and is now super active
2. a stay at home mom who does a little of everything and works out religiously

If they can do it, so can I!

I want to set a good example for my daughters, too. I want them to love their bodies for what they are and learn how to eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Aside from myself, my husband and best friend are my chief motivators. Which people in your environment motivate you?
