Today I got my blood work results. I normally do not think twice about this annual ritual. However, this time I was told I was pre-diabetic. Really!! I had cut out carbs and was eating fresh fruits, veggies and yogurt. Apparently, my blood sugar is to high. I never expected that...so with advice from my sister in law...here I am trying to make a change. Wish me luck!! My goal is 25 lbs by June.
