So after fitting into my goal jeans, I have been slacking. I have been exercising but far from eating right. I am determined to get back on track, because all this hard work will not go back up in flames. So I am setting some goals.
Goal 1: Complete the thirty day shred (not necessarily thirty days straight) (3/30)
Goal 2: At least twenty minutes of some sort of activity every day check
Goal 3: At least 30-40 minutes of cardio 5 times a week (115 min)
Goal 4: Track my food and exercise every day check
Goal 5: 64 oz of water check
Goal 6: Accountability Journal every day check
Goal 7: June 7- July 7: 900 fitness minutes (785/900)
