good luck in this. remember slow and steady wins the race. the weight didn't come on in 4 minutes won't come off that fast either.

Thanks for replying back to my message. Yeah I bought the Chair Gym because I read alot of good reviews on it, I didnt read any bad ones so thats why I bought it, Im glad I bought it though cause like I said its really fun to use.

I've tried working out and dieting but I never stuck to it but this time Im going to because I found a work out system that is easy and fun to do its called the Chair Gym, I've also been changing my eating habits so hopefully with changing my eating habits and workout on the Chair Gym I will lose weight, I would love to be 120 again, Thats my big goal, Right now Im around 290 so I have a ways to go.
