I am celebrating the fact that I think I have finally broken the plateau I have been on since Feb. 18, 2013 and that I have lost 1 whole inch in my belly.

I have never lost there first! I'm not sure which exercise did it but I do 400 Callanetics Crunches 3 days a week along with other upper and lower body exercises at my Ladies Gym.

I joined our local "Just for You Ladies Fitness Center" on Apr. 8, 2013

I also started eating Low Carb and doing Carb Cycling in Apr.

Oh, and I made a commitment to myself:
