AWESOME!! I remember the moment when I was running and realised I was no longer concerned about my shorts combusting because my things were'nt smacking each other :) I think my first whoo hoo memory was when I was tying my shoes and didnt have to hold my breath...it's the little things that truly make a big difference. I hope you have an awesome week, so proud of you... you're rockin this!

I woke up this morning, completed my cardio and strength training, jumped in the shower and got dressed. Except this morning was different as I put on my jewelry, wedding band earrings, necklace and watch, something was different. I put my watch on and instead of the third notch from the top it went very comfortably to the fourth notch from the top. I instantly ran to the bathroom and jumped on the scale..........it moved 4.4 pounds in the right direction! Yey Me!!!

It's a small victory but I had to share
