Yes, I figured that out --- it would be nice to just be able to add that demo to your fitness tracker though.

If you go to your fitness tracker and search for an exercise, once you add it you can check the box to add it to your favorites. So you have to do that through your tracker, not from viewing the demo in that section of the site.

After viewing an exercise demo, I don't see a way to save that to my favorites on the fitness tracker. For example, I clicked on the exercise of the day, liked it and wanted to save it to my favorites for exercise. The only thing I see is to save it to my SparkFavorites. Also, is there a way to save a demo to my favorites in fitness tracker?
