I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I just found this wonderful calander a while ago that automatically puts in your calories for the day, your weight report, your fitness minutes. Its so motivating to see the whole month before you and see all the days with all your infor in that one place. Its automatically entered. I've been on spark for years and only recently discovered this great motivational tool. So I thought I'd post here for others who haven't seen it. You will find it on your spark page. at the bottom of the section my goals and progress. You'll see your weight tracker etc. and at the bottom there it is beside the buttom for spark streaks. Push it...I bet you'll really like this calander.
