I have several new goals...
1. Workout 4x a week 2. Lose 10 pounds in the next 6 weeks 3. Drink 8 glasses of water each day 4. Do my daily devotions each day 5. Follow my new eating plan 6. Start and complete a program starting April 1st
There, now maybe since I have posted them I will actually follow them
Long Term Goals: To fit in my size 10's and run in a 5k
Short Term Goals: To exercise at least 5x a week and lose 2 pounds a week
