I'm new to the Group and Just started working out and dieting again after back-to-back pregnancies. I work full time and pack a lunch daily so I wanted to share the lunch for me that I credit with most of my weight loss.
First you need Ziploc Zip'N Steam Cooking Bags. The medium bags make for perfect portion and can be used in a microwave to make the perfect meal. I typically add fresh broccoli to mine and Tyson's Grilled & ReadyŽ Fully Cooked Refrigerated Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast ( or any other Grill & Ready product). For seasoning I add 2 tblspns of House of Tsang Sweet Ginger Sesame Grill Sauce. 3 minutes in the microwave and it tastes delicious.
The key is the Steamer bag I think. Add any veggies and precooked chicken or protein and you have a healthy meal in no time.
