Each month I would like to create my own Personal Challenge to improve my eating or my exercise.
Month 1 Goal -start the exercise habit
Do the 10 Minute Daily Streak Exercise Challenge.
Month 2 Goal -try different types of workouts
This is my personal list as an example.
-strength -SP resistance band video - 1 x per week
-strength -Margaret Richards video - 1 x per week
-flexibility -tai chi 1 x per week
-aerobics -walking or roller skating 1 x per week
-aerobics - SP 10 minute kick boxing video 1 x per week
Month 3 Goal -try a vegetarian meal 1 x per week
Month 4 Goal -drink more water
-drink 2 extra glasses of water each day of this month
Month 5 Goal -increase the time or intensity on one of my workouts
Month 6 Goal -do a fun activity for exercise
-go play 1 x this month
-Swim, dance, hike. bike, kayak, tennis, roller skate, ping pong
Month 7 Goal -attack my worst eating habit
I will only eat raw vegetables after my evening meal for this month.
I will only drink 2 sodas this month.
