Does this sound alright to you guys?
Breakfast 1 @home: muesli with almonds and dried cranberries 5:20am
Breakfast 2 @work: 2 egg and turkey on whole grain english muffin 9am
Lunch: banana and peanut butter smoothie 1pm
Snack: 12 almonds 4:30pm
Dinner: chili (not sure if I sure make it with meat or vegetarian)
