Oh I forgot to mention. There's spinach with the eggs and lots of veggies in the chili. I'm amost trying to make this add up to about 1500 calories.

Where are the vegetables? Is that going to add up to 1200+ calories? It really doesn't seem like a lot of food to me...

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

Does this sound alright to you guys?

Breakfast 1 @home: muesli with almonds and dried cranberries 5:20am

Breakfast 2 @work: 2 egg and turkey on whole grain english muffin 9am

Lunch: banana and peanut butter smoothie 1pm

Snack: 12 almonds 4:30pm

Dinner: chili (not sure if I sure make it with meat or vegetarian)
