It's really a canvas cooler, of course. But I carry a "kitchen sink" variety of items because I'm Type 2 & insulin dependent. I want to make sure I have juice in the event of a Low (& it's happened at work, I HATE that.) I keep a plastic rectangular bin in the frig and grab from these choices already, placed in baggies, each morning: jumbo olives, pickle spears, celery & carrot sticks, Trader Joe's Flax Seed P-nut butter (yep, I put in the whole little jar and dip my apple or celery right in!). Also, I buy little 100% juice boxes at the $1 store and throw in a couple, just in case, for the possibility of a low.
